Booking Terms & Conditions – Alam Farma Sumba Experience
Booking & Deposits
To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit of IDR 5, 000, ,000.00 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your space and is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future experience if you notify us at least 30 days before your scheduled start date (see Transfer Policy below).
Payment Options & Deadlines
- Full Payment Option: Pay the full amount upfront to secure your place.
- Deposit + Balance Option: Pay the IDR 5, 000, ,000.00 deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your experience begins.
Late Payments
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee if not settled within 5 days of the due date. Continued missed payments may result in losing your booking and deposit.
Changing Your Dates
If you need to change your dates, you may transfer your booking to another experience (subject to availability) up to 30 days before your scheduled start date. Transfers are valid for experiences of the same length and value and must be used within 12 months. Any difference in price must be covered by you.
Cancellations

Travel & Health
- Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, covering trip cancellation, medical needs, and personal belongings.
- Please inform us of any health conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to decline participation if a health or behavior concern may impact the wellbeing of the group.
Personal Responsibility
- Personal injury, illness, or accidents.
- Lost or damaged personal items.
- Travel disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather, political events).
Program Adjustments
We may need to adjust the schedule, location, or facilitation team if required. Minor changes do not qualify for refunds. Significant changes may offer a credit toward a future experience.
Unforeseen Events
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond our control, refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable costs already paid to our partners or vendors.

By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
