FREE LOCAL SHIPPING IN BALI
We offer free shipping within Bali on all orders over IDR 1,500,000.00.
This will be automatically applied at checkout-no code necessary.
STANDARD DELIVERY - INDONESIA & BEYOND
Dispatch Times:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Bali: 1-2 business days via GoJek / local courier
- Rest of Indonesia: 2-5 business days via JNE / JNT
- International: Up to 1o0 business days via DHL (location-dependent)

Unfortunately, Alam Farma cannot offer refunds if you decline to pay customs fees.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not right, we accept returns or
exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Email [insert emaill with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the issue
- Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for return

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We do not refund shipping charges-refunds apply to the product cost only
- Exchanges are happily offered if you ordered in error
